The cookbook publisher has three short titles, each with 25 recipes, posted for free on the Kindle Store. One covers mac & cheese, one covers meatloaf, and one covers chocolate chip cookies.
For some reason, Gooseberry couldn’t figure out how to add a table of contents to the books, so reviewers say they can be a pain to navigate at first. One reader advises you bookmark the index for faster navigation. (On the Cookie book, the index is at location 232.)

Unfortunately, while this says these are free, Amazon has them listed for $.99 each; hardly expensive, but still, NOT free. I don’t know who was misinformed, Amazon or this site.
