Eleven-year-old Noah has made a decision: this will be the last year he goes trick-or-treating. That means it has to be glorious, so he plans to hit up every house on the one street famous for its candy giveaways.
But Noah’s small town has a few industrial-sized secrets, and a Halloween surprise of its own for everyone on Mallard Street. This may be the last year anyone goes trick-or-treating for a very long time.
