What I remember of Hungarian cuisine from my visit several years ago was that there was a little dish of paprika next to the salt and pepper, that goose fat on bread makes a poor substitute for butter, and that the pastry was excellent. Last night I had a dream about Budapest and woke up missing it, and when I checked my email this morning I saw that this cookbook was newly listed as a Kindle freebie. How can I not post it?
